Following the opening of the world’s largest Infiniti Centre in Dubai last year, Arabian Automobiles has announced the start of operations of its newest aftersales facility exclusively for Infiniti vehicles. Located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, the Infiniti service facility is designed similarly to the Infiniti Centre, incorporating the Infiniti Retail Environment Design Initiative (IREDI) concept into its design. Arabian Automobiles is the exclusive dealer of Nissan, Infiniti and Renault in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.

Equipped to service up to 100 cars a day, the centre runs its operations based on Infiniti’s global service systems and processes. IREDI is Infiniti’s unique design signature applied to its retail centres and the resulting feel is reminiscent of an art gallery, welcoming Infiniti visitors into an inviting, sophisticated and modern space with a strong aesthetic accent reflecting the brand’s stylish designs. The Arabian Automobiles Infiniti service centre comprises of individual consultation rooms, a luxurious customer lounge, a coffee lounge and Valet Parking facilities.


Arabian Automobiles provides a Comprehensive Service Programme to Infiniti owners which covers more than the regular scheduled maintenance. Customers can avail of 24 hours complimentary roadside assistance, and are provided with loaner cars during the period of their vehicle’s warranty repairs.


Arabian Automobiles Company was recently awarded the ISO 14001* certification by Lloyd’s (LRQA), making it the first automobile distributor in UAE to receive ISO 14001 certification for its sales, service and parts operations. The Aftersales department of Arabian Automobiles also created a world record among Nissan dealers with its fourth successive win of Nissan Motor Company’s ‘World Aftersales Progress Club’ (WAPC) Global Award in December 2011. The WAPC Award is one of the most prestigious honours awarded to a Nissan distributor by Nissan Motor Company. The criteria for the WAPC award include stringent checks and evaluations on Parts Sales, Parts Logistics, Labour Sales, Nissan Competitive Advantage Map (N-CAM) and customer service. AAC won the Grand prize in the ‘Large National Sales Company’ (NSC) category.
