The Aftersales department of Arabian Automobiles, the exclusive dealer of Nissan, Infiniti and Renault in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, has become Nissan’s first distributor globally to have achieved its highest recognition for Aftersales operational excellence for six consecutive years. By once again receiving the award for 2013, Arabian Automobiles has now won Nissan Motor Company’s ‘World Aftersales Progress Club’ (WAPC) Global Award 15 times since it was introduced in 1981.


The performance metrics measured for the award in the 2013 WAPC competition includes evaluations on parts sales, service sales, service retention, parts inventory management, Nissan Competitive Advantage Map (N-CAM) and customer service. The outcome of results in customer retention, parts sales and inventory management are of top global standards for Nissan.

The Arabian Automobiles aftersales department has won the WAPC Global Award. The award was presented to AAC CEO Michel Ayat and Aftersales Director MK Rajkumar at the Arabian Automobiles Auditorium by Nissan Middle East Managing Director Samir Cherfan.
